New Wine FM goes out live throughout United. It broadcasts from celebrations and seminars and offers a magazine-style selection of music, chat and interviews throughout the day and into the night.
Presenter/Researcher: We are looking for presenters/researchers who will arrange and conduct interviews with key personnel, clearly communicating information across the site. You'll need to be able to deal with the technical aspects of radio presentation. Experience is not essential as training will be available, but some experience of hospital or local community radio would be an advantage.
Sound Engineers: This role involves assisting with the rigging and set-up of the radio station, so arrival at least one day before the event starts is essential. The role assumes responsibility for outside broadcasts from seminar venues during the conference. Experience is not essential as training is offered.
- Skills/Attributes: A heart for communication.
- Hours: 8 hours per day between 6am and midnight.
- Age: 18+
